Is BAQA Studio a downloadable mobile app?

BAQA Studio is a progressive web app that eligible members can add to an Android or iPhone home screen without an app-store download.

Can I use my studio or artist branding?

Yes. Members can configure a public name, logo, square app icon, phone number and Instagram username while retaining BAQA identification.

Do clients need a BAQA account?

No. Clients use the public booking request form and a private signed link to their booking portal.

Is a booking automatically confirmed?

No. The artist or studio must accept the request before it becomes an approved appointment. If required, the indemnity form then opens until the scheduled appointment time.

Can I use indemnity forms without the appointment app?

Yes. The standalone indemnity invitation and appointment request service can be enabled independently.

Can I download my signed forms?

Yes. Members can download an individual PDF or export all signed forms in one ZIP archive, including after public invitations are switched off.

Can studios communicate deposit requirements?

Yes. Deposit amounts, payment instructions and payment status can be stored with the service and booking and shown in the client portal.

What happens when a client cancels?

The booking is marked cancelled in the member app, the reason is recorded and the system attempts to email the artist and client. Deposit refunds are not automatic.
