Before you enrol
- Confirm that the provider appears in the directory and that its BAQA status is current.
- Ask the provider for the exact course name, delivery format, dates, fees and entry requirements.
- Check which qualification or certificate the course awards and how it can be validated.
- Keep a copy of the course information and payment terms supplied by the provider.

A missing result may mean that the provider is not currently listed or that its public profile is not active. Contact BAQA if you need help checking a claim before you enrol.
