Named holder and scope
The application identifies the practitioner and exact discipline or service scope being assessed. Status in one area must not be presented as universal body art competence.
Eligibility evidence
The applicable route may require identity, training, current safety learning, practice evidence, lawful operation and other documents stated in the current application.
Assessment evidence
BAQA considers only the evidence and assessment activities defined for that route. Attendance, popularity, testimonials or a photograph alone do not establish safe independent practice.
Outcome and limits
The resulting record should state its scope, status, issue or review information and any applicable conditions. Applicants must not advertise approval before a positive decision is issued.
Continuing validity
The holder remains responsible for local permission, insurance, current competence, accurate public claims and any renewal or evidence-update conditions attached to the BAQA route.
Public verification
Clients, employers and authorities should check the current validation page. A copied certificate, badge or social-media claim may be incomplete, altered or out of date.
