If reusable instruments are permitted, document the approved dirty-to-clean workflow, cleaning and inspection, packaging, cycle parameters, chemical indicators, biological monitoring where required, maintenance, failures and recalls, and protected sterile storage. Follow the steriliser manufacturer and current local rules.
If the studio is single-use only, record the purchasing, lot, expiry, storage and disposal controls that apply.
