A neutral acknowledgement may say: “Adapted from the BAQA Authority Resource Centre, version 0.1, baqastandards.com.” The authority should also identify its changes and must not imply that BAQA endorsed the local law, authority or implementation.
An authority may independently recommend relevant voluntary professional resources, including BAQA, using transparent and non-exclusive criteria. It should preserve equal access and keep public licensing decisions separate from private membership.
