If a record is found

Read the exact name, category, status and validity information displayed. Do not extend the result beyond those fields. Local licence, identity, insurance or service checks may still be needed.

If no record is found

Check spelling and the code first. No result does not by itself prove fraud: a record may use different details, may not be public, may have expired or may require clarification. Contact BAQA if the claim matters.

Neutral verification rule: BAQA confirms its own record. It does not publish allegations or infer wrongdoing from a missing or inactive result.
