Before applying, review the Tattooing Standards so you understand the professional areas BAQA addresses.

  1. Create or sign in to your BAQA account.
  2. Open the Professional Member Application.
  3. Select or describe your Tattooing discipline accurately.
  4. Provide the training, professional, and supporting information requested by the form.
  5. Review the current fee and terms, then submit the application for human assessment.

BAQA management determines eligibility and may ask for more evidence. Membership does not replace local licensing, health, or insurance requirements.
