  1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
    The BAQA name, logo, and related brand elements (collectively, the “Marks”) are the exclusive property of the BodyArt Qualification Authority (“BAQA”). All content displayed on this website—including text, graphics, images, videos, and downloadable files—is owned by or licensed to BAQA unless otherwise stated.
  2. Authorized Use of BAQA Marks
    • For Accredited Members: Accredited members in good standing may display the BAQA name and logo on promotional materials, websites, or certificates, provided they strictly follow BAQA’s branding guidelines and maintain full compliance with our accreditation requirements.
    • Written Permission: Any other use of BAQA’s Marks—whether on a website, document, certificate, or other medium—requires prior written approval from BAQA. This applies to individuals, organizations, or educational institutions that are not current accredited members.
  3. Prohibited Use
    • Unauthorized individuals or entities may not use the BAQA Marks in a manner that suggests endorsement, partnership, or certification by BAQA without official permission.
    • The BAQA Marks must not be altered, distorted, or combined with other images or text that could misrepresent the brand or mislead the public.
  4. Request for Permission
    To request permission for using the BAQA name or logo, please contact legal@baqastandards.com with details on how and where you plan to display the assets. BAQA may grant or deny permission at its sole discretion and may require additional terms or agreements before authorizing such use.
  5. Brand Guidelines
    [Download the BAQA Brand Guidelines](insert link if available) to view approved color palettes, size requirements, and placement rules. These guidelines apply to all accredited members and anyone granted express permission to display BAQA Marks.
  6. Enforcement & Remedies
    BAQA reserves the right to request removal of any unauthorized usage of its Marks or copyrighted content. Continued misuse may result in legal action or revocation of accreditation/membership, if applicable.
